The Policy and Training team at J‐PAL South Asia (JPSA) at the Institute for Financial and Management Research (IFMR) works on capacity building and policy outreach. Within capacity building, JPSA has established the South Asia Regional Centre for Learning on Evaluation and Results (CLEAR). In partnership with the World Bank's Independent Evaluation Group (IEG), CLEAR regional centres help improve regional supply and demand of quality monitoring and evaluation (M+E). As host of the South Asia CLEAR centre, JPSA offers several training and advisory services on M+E and coordinates CLEAR activities in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. These activities range from half‐day roundtables to ten‐day courses that may also include a visit to project sites. |

Policy and Training Associate
